Single origin
Every grain, powder, and bottle traces back to a specific place — the Cauvery basin, the hills of Meghalaya, the floodplains of the Brahmaputra, the orchards of the Himalayas. No blending, no anonymous sourcing, no shortcuts.

Tribal women in Meghalaya, sugarcane farmers along the Cauvery, indigenous communities harvesting wild bay leaves. We pay fairly, partner long-term, and tell their stories with respect.

Every batch is tested by a 3rd party lab. We don't hide behind certifications. We publish the actual numbers — curcumin levels, anthocyanin content, GI values — so you can verify everything we claim.

Zero chemical fertilizers
The soil our food grows in is alive. It carries memory, minerals, and microbes built up over generations of careful farming. Chemical fertilizers strip all three.
Every Miresi farm uses traditional, regenerative methods — compost, crop rotation, natural mulch. The result is soil that gets richer over time, not poorer.

Zero added colors
The deep orange of our Lakadong turmeric. The purple of Brahmaputra black rice. The amber of our jaggery. These colours are signals — proof of curcumin, anthocyanins, minerals, and care.
We will never add a single drop of artificial colour. If the colour fades batch to batch, that's nature being honest. We'd rather show you that than hide behind cosmetic dye.

Zero pesticides
Pesticide residue is the silent passenger in most commercial foods. Even washed, peeled, and cooked, it stays. Children, pregnant mothers, and people with sensitive guts feel it first.
Our farms refuse synthetic pesticides entirely. We use neem, intercropping, and timing — methods slower than spray, but kinder to everything they touch. Every batch is tested for residue. Every test, we publish.

Anyone can claim purity. We prove it. Every batch — sweetener, spice, grain, vinegar — is sent to an accredited 3rd party laboratory before it leaves our hands.
The reports are public. You can download the Certificate of Analysis for any product from its page. We test for the things that matter: pesticide residue, heavy metals, microbial counts, and the specific active compounds we promise (curcumin in turmeric, anthocyanins in black rice).

Each production batch is sent to an independent laboratory — not our own — to verify purity, potency (like curcumin %) and screen for contaminants before we sell it.
Are your products organic?
We prioritise single-origin, traceable sourcing and minimal processing. Where certifications apply we pursue them; our core promise is honest labels and published test results.
How do you ensure turmeric isn't adulterated?
We test for added colour (like lead chromate) and confirm curcumin content by lab — our Lakadong turmeric reaches ~7% curcumin with no dyes.
