Generally, 3-5 tablespoons of honey a day is recommended, but there is no right dosage for honey consumption. 

Although honey has been linked to amazing health benefits, consuming too much may have adverse effects. Thus, it’s best to use honey as a replacement for other forms of sugar and enjoy it in moderation. Our high-quality honey can be part of a healthy, well-rounded diet.

Like with anything new, if you are consuming raw honey for the first time, it is ideal to start with a small serving size and then proceed to a larger serving size.

Please note: While raw honey has amazing health benefits, we do not recommend it for infants younger than a year old. This is due to a bacterium called Clostridium botulinum, which can cause infant botulism, is sometimes found in both raw and pasteurised honey. Once a child is one year old, their digestive system has matured enough to kill the bacteria.
